After experiencing Postpartum Depression after my second pregnancy,
I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder type II,
as well as General Anxiety Disorder.
Finding a love for fitness has been one of the many self-care tools I have discovered.
I want to share the value movement can have not only on our physical health but our mental health too!
